"He told us he could get us house insurance for a reasonable monthly payment, we set it up when we bought a house, within two weeks we were told that our electrician needed to sign off on work that someone else had done years prior (which is NOT something he can/could/legally do), and because he couldn't sign off on it, our policy was going to triple in price. Which we can't afford so now we're on the hunt again which is a whole other pain that could have been avoided if he had been upfront from the beginning. Very frustrating."
